Madsen Haunts Connecticut
Damn Connecticut. As if their super-rich residents and high-priced foofoo salons weren’t enough, now they have to have dark histories and supernatural events. Aren’t they ever satisfied?
Candyman/The Number 23 actress Virginia Madsen (pictured) has signed up to star in A Haunting in Connecticut according to The Hollywood Reporter, the story of a family forced to relocate due to their son's illness who quickly find out that their new, rented home has a very dark history and may be the reason their sick child’s affliction has such odd manifestations. Not to mention the supernatural events that threaten the safety of the entire family. Like I said, nothing's ever enough for those damn Connecticutians.
Is that even a word?
Bones writers Tim Metcalfe and Adam Simon are behind the screenplay (Simon, you may recall, was also the writer/director of Carnosaur!), which Peter Cornwall will be making his directorial debut on for Gold Circle Films. A summer start is expected for shooting, so keep your eyeballs here for more casting news soon!
