Last Winter Disc Art

How very sad … the DVD art for both versions of Larry Fessenden’s excellent eco-horror flick The Last Winter (review) showed up over on the film’s official site today and they are ... not very good.
Check out some of the test posters under the “graphix” section of said site for an idea of what they should have given the film. What we get, instead, ain’t all that pleasing on the ocular senses.
But no matter; the film is still excellent and hopefully will be given a chance by fans looking for some horror with a bit of brains. The Blockbuster exclusive disc is out on May 20th, while the regular edition hits shelves July 29th. Check out my interview with Larry Fessenden to learn more about The Last Winter!
