Langella in Kelly's Box

Richard Kelly’s long-gestating horror film, The Box, based on the Richard Matheson story "Button, Button", is getting some damn classy casting now that things are moving along on the production.

Daily Variety reports that Frank Langella has nabbed a role alongside Cameron Diaz in the film, which goes in front of cameras in mid-November in my hometown of Boston. Gotta love those new tax incentives!

Langella, for those unfamiliar, has been in everything from Brainscan to The Ninth Gate, has played everything from Skeletor to Dracula. It will be great to see him working with such a visionary director; hopefully we’ll be telling you more about The Box soon!
