Inside Team Behind The Home
A while back we told you guys about one of the many new projects Weta was lending their skilled hands to, a film called The Home. Today we received some very good news that Weta's head, Richard Taylor, is now aboard as executive producer and Inside (review) producers Franck Ribiere and Verane Frediani have signed on to produce, as well as King Kong producer Annette Wullems and Lord of the Rings star Elijah Wood.
For those who may not recall, The Home is about a car accident victim who is sent to a nursing home to recoup after almost being killed. He soon learns that his fellow residents are being picked off by something straight out of a nightmare, and takes it upon himself to bring the madness to an end.
The boys at Bloody Disgusting got their hands on another sampling of pre-production artwork for the film, a slice of which you can see on your right (click it to see the whole thing). The hope is to start shooting The Home in New Zealand this spring; Kristopher Aaron Morgan is at the helm and you can expect some casting news very soon!

I'm surprised you didn't mention that it's written by "Quint" from AICN and the director posts on AICN as "Kraken." It's so weird, it's almost like a new form of nepotism to get a work based on having been a contributor to AICN.
I have to say the art work there is really friggin' sweet.
