Host, Presenters for Chainsaws

As the shoot date for the first-ever televised fuse/Fangoria Chainsaw Awards creeps closer and closer (it will roll in LA on October 15th), the team behind the show are throwing out more and more goodies to the fans.

First up, it was announced yesterday that Scream star and occasional funny guy Jamie Kennedy would be handling the hosting duties. The logic behind that move is questionable, but hopefully Jamie can at least come across as a horror fan to the viewing audience when it’s all said and done.

Today it was announced that Rob and Sheri Moon Zombie would be presenting awards along with Jonathan Davis from Korn (who plays the title role in Sin-Jin Smyth) and rap artist Chingy. Slipknot, Fall Out Boy, Cobra Starship, and Gym Class Heroes have been added as well, though it’s not clear if they’ll be presenting or performing.
