Hickox Takes Horror to the Edge
It's been a long time since director Anthony Hickox made a horror film, but man, has he delivered some good guilty pleasures.
Hickox brought us films like Full Eclipse, Waxwork (still waiting for an unrated DVD of this gem; please anyone reading, if you have the power, get to work), and the third entry into the Hellraiser (an unrated DVD of this would be nice, too, please) franchise, which honestly I'd like to forget.
Anyway, Variety reports today that Hickox is ready to get back to business with a little flick about a stock trader who moves to the English countryside only to find herself suffering from a serious case of nightmarish visions called Knife Edge.
Not content with just directing, Hickox also has had a hand in penning the script along with Robb Squire and co-producer Fee Combe with Nathalie Press, Hugh Bonneville, Joan Plowright, Matthieu Boujenah, Tamsin Egerton, Jamie Harris, Lorcan O'Toole, and Miles Ronayne set to star. Don't they all sound just so veddy British?!?
Keep it right here for more as it comes.
