Halloween Brings 30 Years of Terror
It's hard to believe that 30 years have passed since John Carpenter spawned the masked killer Michael Myers. For three decades the sister murdering maniac has been haunting the silver screen, and for that he deserves one hell of a convention.
We got word today from our buddy Sean Clark that this year (October 31st thru November 2nd) Pasadena will play host to 30 Years of Terror, a Halloween convention to end all! We're not talking about a few guests from a couple of the films in the series, no sir.
30 Years of Terror is bringing us guests from each Halloween pic ever made! Those in attendance include: P.J. Soles, Tommy Lee Wallace, Lance Guest, Dick Warlock, Tom Atkins, Danielle Harris, Greg Nicotero, J.C. Brandy, Ken Foree, and William Forsythe just to name a small percent!
The con won't only be about guests stars. There's also the Horror's Hallowed Grounds Bus Tour, where you'll be guided on a sightseeing trip to locations of Halloween 1, 2, 3, '07 and other famous spots from A Nightmare on Elm Street, The Fog '80 and more!
The convention will be held at the Sheraton Pasadena Hotel in Pasadena, CA. Tickets for the event will go on sale on Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at 12:00 noon PST. For more info check out the con's official site and MySpace page.
