Those evil bastards over at Fangoria took a trip to the wilds of Michigan recently to check out the set of Andrew van den Houten’s Offspring, the latest Jack Ketchum adaptation to be filmed. As you can see the film is looking just as gory as we had hoped ... and then some! Aug 17 I think Boll went with the I think Boll went with the original PC game's story line, which didn't have any of that "hybrid" bullshit that was found on the console version. In that respect, this does look pretty faithful. And yeah, that doesn't look tropical at all. Jack Carver looks like he just fell out of a Ron Jon surf shop located in the middle of the Canadian wilderness. Aug 16 Well, the game had him Well, the game had him injected with a serum that made him into a half man/half beast creature, which is what I'm hoping Boll stuck with for this. Aug 15 I'm not familiar with the I'm not familiar with the game, but then again Dr. Boll usually doesn't bother being faithful to them at all anyway. This looked like an okay action movie but there didn't seem to be anything horror related in it at all... Well, maybe ralf moeller's acting.
