First Look at & New Title for Lynch's Snake Woman Movie!
In a very strange turn of events, we’ve just learned that Jennifer Lynch’s upcoming adaptation of the classic Indian tale of the Nagin, or snake woman, has officially changed its title from the relatively obvious Nagin to, believe it or not, Hisss.
Yes, it's weird, but fitting considering the subject matter. Personally I just can’t wait to hear the voiceover for the trailer...
Hisss is the story of a ruthless American who travels to the jungles of India to capture the mate of the Nagin, bringing him to the States in an attempt to study him. The snake woman transforms into a stunningly beautiful woman to track him down but has no idea about the modern world or its rules. A breakneck chase with a trail of bodies left in its wake soon follows.
Robert Kurtzman is the man responsible for the creation of the snake woman in question, and along with the above info we also found these first two pics of the creation. Impressive, to say the least, but I can’t say I’m surprised. Kurtzman is hoping to bring an An American Werewolf in London-level transformation to the film, which, if he can pull off, will officially make him my new hero.
Keep it here for more Hisss updates very soon!

Those lucky bastards over at IGN got their hands on the official trailer for Tomas Alfredson’s Let the Right One In, which Magnet will unspool in New York and LA on October 24th as part of their Six Shooter Film Series. It’s subtitled, not dubbed, which makes me happier than it probably should.

I pity anyone with a lisp having to review this film...
