Following up on the two pics we showed you earlier today, the good folks at Lionsgate have sent along an exclusive new pic from Saw IV; a very creepy looking silhouette of someone who is likely not going to live much longer! Check it out below, along with another pic of someone trying very hard to live a little longer, though doubtful to any avail at all… Saw IV hits theaters October 26th, don’t miss it!
