Check it out, ladies and gents: Dread Central has the exclusive first look at the new trailer for the first Hammer film in over two decades, Beyond the Rave!
The film will be playing in segments on MySpace TV starting in April and tells of a young man heading off to Iraq who has to find his girlfriend the night before he ships off after she goes to a rave run by vampires.

My brother first pointed me to this at the Hammer myspace site. I have to say that I like the fact that this new Hammer haven't gone back to the old stuff. I want to see a new concept, which they've done, and I'm waiting with baited breath until April.

Ouch, that looks pretty mediocre. The scene of the girl being pulled from the crowds by the vampire hanging upside down was cool, but beyond that, I wasn't impressed.
