Exclusive Look at The Echo Game

Yesterday we received word from director Brian Feeney about his debut directorial venture, a film called The Echo Game. Intrigued by the title, I looked into it and discovered what looks to be a pretty classy production with an interesting storyline. Really, what more can you ask for?

The Echo Game tells of a young lesbian couple who are tasked with defending their daughter from a scientist with nefarious plans for the girl’s psychic powers. At its heart, Feeney tells us, Game is a supernatural slasher with a strong emotional core, but with plenty of gratuitous gore and nudity to spice things up.

All right, sold! The Echo Game is Feeney’s first gig directing, but the man’s been editing documentaries years, most recently Spine Tingler! The William Castle Story (review) and some of the special features on the new Child’s Play DVD.
