Don't Play with Broken DVDs
The horror DVDs are coming out left and right this month. This is a pretty exciting year, too, because many classics are finally getting the treatment they've needed for so long. Such was the case with the 35th anniversary DVD of the late Bob Clark's classic Children Shouldn't Play with Dead Things. The flick was released just last week, but someone screwed up at the plant.
Home Media Magazine is reporting that Children has been recalled due to a manufacturing error: "The wrong DVD master was sent to the replicator, resulting in a final product that is cut by several minutes and has unfinished video corrections."
To get a new disc you can call 800/331-4077, e-mail vci@vcient.com, or fax a request to 918/254-6117. Further details will be available at VCI Entertainment.
