Dead Matter Cast Expands

A whole lot of casting has gone down for the upcoming remake of Ed Douglas’ incredibly indie film The Dead Matter, according to an official press release from the film’s PR people.

Sean Serino (pictured, The Rage), Tom Nagel (Beast of Bray Road), CB Spencer ("Passions"), Christopher Robichaud (voiceover work for Douglas’ Midnight Syndicate and member of the original Dead Matter cast) and Brian Van Camp (New World Disorder) have all signed on for roles in Matter just since the last time we updated you on the film. Not bad at all so far, especially when you factor in the previous casting of Andrew Divoff and Tom Savini!

The Dead Matter tells of a vampiric relic with dark powers and what happens when a grief-stricken girl, desperate to contact her dead brother, gets her hands on it. Shooting is expected to start in or around Cleveland, Ohio very soon, so stay tuned for more updates!
