Why are they making more Boogeyman films? Remember when it was cool and exciting that Sam Raimi was forming his own production house? Now Ghost House has become just as generic and buck-hungry as everyone else, as is evidence by yet another sequel to the tepid Boogeyman being in the works.
Moviehole got the heads up that a casting call has gone out for Boogeyman 3 recently, which will shoot in Bulgaria next February. The story this time out follows a girl named Sarah Morris who is haunted by the same creature that terrorized Barry Watson in the first film.
Check out Moviehole’s story for a full breakdown of the cast being sought, but please only do so if you’re an actor looking for work. The rest of us will try and pretend Ghost House isn’t spending more money on needless sequels instead of trying to create something original.
