Bind Poster Unbound

The man, the myth, the legend; Dan Walton. All right, so his name may not mean a lot to you, but Dan’s well known to anyone who visits horror sites with the kind of untamed gusto that true devotees display, as he’s the driving force behind Upcoming Horror Movies, one of the longest running horror sites out there.

Walton is finally making the movie from talking about horror movies to making them with Bind, his first directing gig. Dan’s served as executive producer on Ryan Nicholson’s follow up to Live Feed, the bowling-themed splatter flick Gutterballs, but Bind will see him taking the reigns for the first time.

Though plot details are scarce right now, Walton has said he’s going for an 80’s slasher feel with lots and lots of kills, the likes of which we’ve not seen before. A tall order to be sure, but if you figure Dan’s probably seen ‘em all, it’s safe to say he’s speaking the truth.

As of now horror luminaries like Tony Todd and Ken Foree are attached, as well as Final Destination star Devon Sawa, Dan Ellis and Christa M. Darby. To the right you can see the first poster for Bind, which Walton and crew just finished working on a few hours ago. Though the tagline on it is a bit long, it certainly gets the point across.
