Beware the Moon Doc Officially Blu-Ray!

We’ve been hoping for news on Paul Davis’ Beware the Moon: Remembering An American Werewolf in London to come out of last weekend’s Horrorhound Weekend, since the AWIL director and stars were there and Davis is a HorrorHound writer, and so our wish was granted!

Universal will be putting out a Blu-Ray of An American Werewolf in London sometime next year and has officially confirmed that Beware the Moon will be a part of it, according to B-D. Davis’ exhaustive doc was something he started on his own out of a love for Landis’ groundbreaking film, and to see it come full circle and be immediately attached to AWIL is very satisfying.

No word on when the DVD will be out specifically; personally I think a Halloween release would be perfect, but that’s obviously not the case, but I’m sure Universal will make a big deal about it so you’ll hear more when we do!
