We first spotted the new poster for After Dark's 8 Films to Die For (official site) at this year's SDCC. It was pretty hot then, but it is even better now that we've got an official hi-rez image of it!
Hot damn on a stick of holy fuck! That would make one sweet tattoo. Oh yeah, there's some skin and boobage too, I guess... Anyway, the third Horrorfest kicks off in January, and so far we know of three titles out of the eight: Broken, Slaughter (formerly Faithless) and Perkins' 14.
Perkins' 14, directed by Craig Singer, follows the strangeness of one Mr. Robert Perkins, who has built a brigade of 14 brainwashed bodyguards. All does not go well, however, as Perkins is kidnapped and his drones will do anything to see him safe ... anything.
Slaughter, or Faithless if you want, tells the tale of an abused woman seeking refuge from her nasty spouse by traveling to her family farm only to realize that bigger problems await her there.
Speaking of Slaughter, we also got in a brand new still from Stewart Hopewell's slice of farmland horror. Check it out below.

Mulberry Street was a fun rat-fest of a film. I had the misfortune to watch Tooth & Nail - cheap and stupid that one was.

Don't forget butterfly effect III.

I hated Part II. I mean, the original wasn't exactly a milestone film, but two was a travesty!

Mulberry Street was sweet. One of the best of the two fests.

I'm surprised we're getting a third one of these. Didn't the last one make about $200 in theaters? Was there even a single good film in the last batch?
