Bernsen Directs the Dead
You know zombie movies are becoming uncool when the Dentist wants to direct one...
Yep, Corbin Bernson is plopping down in the directors chair to helm Dead Air, a zombie movie starring Pat Tallman (from the 1990 remake of Night of the Living Dead) and Bill Moseley about a radio show team who try to save the residents of Los Angeles when an explosion lets the undead loose in the City of Angels, according to Variety.
Bernson will produce (along with Anitbody Films), direct and even have a small role in the zombie flick, which was written by Xombie co-producer Kenny Yakkel. I guess we have to give him the benefit of the doubt; at least he’s got some genre names attached so far. And The Dentist was kind of a cool movie... we've also heeard the described as 28 Days Later meets Talk Radio, which doesn't sound too bad at all!
Shooting starts in and around LA a week from Friday, so keep it on Dread Central for the latest!
