Our buddy Pete, who runs the fan site Alien Experience, let us know that he just got in some exclusive concept art work from the upcoming Aliens VS Predator: Requiem. A tease of one of the pieces is to the left. The other is a Predator concept mask sculpt. Very nice.
On a bit of the gossip side, Pete also pointed out an article about the arrest of Predator director John McTiernan was recently arrested. According to the the gossip, “McTiernan, who is best known for directing blockbuster action movies Die Hard and Predator, was also sentenced to two years of supervised release after admitting making “knowingly false” statements to the FBI.
McTiernan, 56, was charged in April last year in a probe that has threatened to envelope some major stars over alleged phone bugging carried out for Hollywood heavyweights by private-eye-to-the-stars Anthony Pellicano.
A federal criminal complaint said McTiernan, whose other films include 1990’s The Hunt For Red October, lied to investigators about hiring Pellicano to tap the phone of a Hollywood producer, Charles Roven.“
