Argento to Enter Dead Space

First look at Giallo! When I was visiting EA the other month to check out Dead Space and meet some of the people behind the game (read about it here), the game's lead, Glen Schofield, mentioned that they had consulted with a bunch of big name directors on the project for their advice and input. Not that these big name directors had much creative input or anything, but they wanted to be sure they were headed in the right direction. It was through those kind of meetings that the James Wan-helmed trailer for the game came to be.

Well, Trading Markets recently received word from EA (no I have no idea why they seem to be the only ones who got the story) that Dario Argento was one of those directors who lent his experience to the game, and is now voicing one of the characters. Doctor Kyne. It's not clear if his input was just related to crafting the doctor or not, but it's another example that the guys over at EA know what they're doing with this game.

It's only a few weeks away now, but I'm sure we haven't heard the last about Dead Space. I can't wait to get to play it again and I can't wait for everyone else to get their hands on it too.

I DEMAND Tinker-Daria. She can shout encouraging remarks to the protagonist as you battle aliens, and point you to the location of important items.
