Stepfather II DVD Art: Synapse is Making Room for Daddy!

While Screen Gems is readying its remake of Joseph Rubin’s classic The Stepfather for release this fall, Synapse Films is offering fans a first look at the cover art for their upcoming Stepfather II DVD, due out September 29, 2009.
Synapse’s Don May, Jr., announced the artwork today via his Facebook page, while confirming the disc will include all of the extras previously offered on the now out of print Miramax release along with the previously unreleased theatrical trailer and an all-new documentary produced by Red Shirt Pictures.
You can always count on Synapse for high quality releases, and this looks no different. Now if someone would just give the original Stepfather a special edition release, I’d be a happy man.
