Not to be outdone by NBC's "Hannibal", which is heading our way at mid-season, Lifetime is putting a feminine spin on things by developing "Clarice", based on the Clarice Starling character that earned The Silence of the Lambs star Jodie Foster an Academy Award for best actress.
