Killer Shorts Anthology Coming to DVD

Writer/director Michael Wade Johnson dropped us a line with an update on his anthology project, Killer Shorts. The film will be hitting the festival circuit soon, and the DVD is being released on June 30th.

First Look at Gris Grimly's Wounded Embark of the Lovesick Mind

Gris Grimly returns with another demented short film adapted from his own warped paintings, "Wounded Embark of the Lovesick Mind". The film, a surreal and nightmarish study of love and obsession, details a one-sided relationship between Lovesick and the object of his affection, Beauty. When it becomes clear that the girl wants nothing to do with her admirer, he turns to murder in order to preserve her beauty.

Terror Overload to Strike in Minnesota

The horror anthology Terror Overload centers around a series of short stories all told by a creepy truck driver to a hot stranded hitchhiker, right before he does something, well, presumably really bad to her.

Horrorshow Shorts Free to View

Last year the great Johnny Butane had the joy of reviewing a horror short anthology aptly titled Horrorshow (read the review). The anthology's co-creator Giles Edwards recently dropped us a line to let us know that two of the films within the series are now goring up Youtube and are available for your immediate pleasures.
