She. Picked. Me. is Killing Time Production’s sophomore horror film project. The short will be World Premiering at the Thrills, Chills, and Kills Summer Film Fest July 9th – 11th. This kicks off the film’s 2021-2022 festival season run.

Synopsis:
Stevie finds herself chased by a Mad Man in a remote Pacific Northwest forest. Once he catches her the story shifts to show what led up to these final moments. It’s revealed some things are not always what they seem. She. Picked. Me. is a modern “Gore Noire” that explores current Social and Feminist themes while stylistically paying homage to common horror tropes. Desperation, delusion, and determination are on brutal display in this twisted slasher.
Jason Wilkinson (Killing Time) directs She. Picked. Me. The charismatic Lindsay Sawyer stars in this bloody short film. She’s paired with the wonderfully intense Ira Kortum.

About the Thrills, Chills, and Kills Summer Film Fest:
Thrills, Chills, and Kills at its core is a community of horror and thriller fans and after the love for our first full online festival in October, we decided that we’d like to offer another yearly film-only festival of shorts and feature length films. This is an online festival that offers free attendance. Our group members love finding new films and directors to get excited about and we love having filmmakers pop in for lives and Q&As in the group, We hope to see you all with us this summer from July 9th-11th as we watch some amazing indie horror, thriller, and sci-fi shorts and features together.
