Rob Zombie dropped the news today that Howard Hesseman has signed up with him for his upcoming Halloween 2. Zombie made the revelation through his Myspace blog (the modern man's press release medium), and revealed that Hesseman would be playing one Uncle Meat, owner of Uncle Meat's Java Hole.
The Feast films are an interesting lot. Fans have either loved them or hated them. Me? I loved the blissful carnage associated with a guy in a rubber monster suit running rampant through the deranged mind of director John Gulager. One would think that a trilogy of movies detailing the emo war between vampires and werewolves would be enough, but oh no. Underworld creator Len Wiseman talked about where he wants to see the franchise go now that the trilogy is complete.

Wow, it really is becoming the Harry Potter franchise with vampires ... Thompson on Hollywood has learned that both Juan Antonio Bayona (pictured, The Orphanage) and James Mangold (3:10 to Yuma) are eying possibly directing the third movie in the Twilight franchise, Eclipse.
