Sega just announced today that for a limited time you can buy some pretty nifty Aliens vs. Predator stuff for the Sony Playstation Home service! That's right, kids! You can now get your hands on Alien or Predator themed skins for your Home avatar and more! Yet ... I still can't put a normal goatee on my character. Even more frustrating, the goatee I'd like is the one used on the icon for facial hair. Well, at least we can all be Xenomorphs!

Last week Sega released the first bit of downloadable content for its latest game, Aliens vs. Predator (review here). Titled the "Swarm Pack", it enables gamers to finally check out some of the goodies that players who bought the Hunter Edition of the game had been enjoying.

Recently we had a chance to run a few questions by the development team behind the recent release of the new Aliens vs. Predator game, and though the guys over at Rebellion remained kind of tight-lipped regarding what was ahead, they did offer a little bit of insight as to what's going on now that the game is out and what we can expect in the coming weeks and months.

The wait is nearly over. Come next week the war between species is officially on as Sega's Aliens vs. Predator claws its way to store shelves. Few times do we find ourselves so excited that we're rendered near speechless. This is one of those moments. Ever since online gaming became all the rage, we've dreamed about heading out into an Alien-infested ship for an online bug hunt. Dreams are about to come true. Have a look for yourself.
