The 7th annual Rock and Shock Horror and Music Festival has just expanded its guest list yet again, and we've got the lowdown on who's been added to join the previously announced Danny Trejo, George Romero, Adrienne Barbeau, GWAR, Rob Zombie/Alice Cooper, and many more.

As part of their Gruesome Twosome tour, Rob Zombie and Alice Cooper will be bringing the fine folks of Worcester, Massachusetts one hell of a stage show as the icons will be performing on Saturday, October 16th as part of this year's Rock and Shock!

It's become an October tradition for many members of the Dread Central crew to descend on the town of Worcester, Massachusetts for Rock and Shock, the combination horror convention/music blowout that just gets bigger and better each year. Now that the first guests for the 2010 edition have been announced, it's looking like this year is no exception.

Love it or hate it, one cannot deny the lasting (and somewhat infamous) legacy of Italian horror maestro Ruggero Deodato’s cult film Cannibal Holocaust.

Ruggero Deodato has been all over the place in the last year or so, showing up at convention after convention to be hounded by fans of Cannibal Holocaust. Only recently did he start talking about directing again, a Holocaust companion piece called simply Cannibals, which he gave an update on this weekend.

What would Ruggero Deodato (Cannibal Holocaust) be making if he were still making movies? Cannibals, of course. Thankfully, this is actually Deodato’s new movie and not someone trying to be him. Whether or not it will work is a different story, but I can’t deny I’m curious.
