Yep, it's gonna happen! Ruben Fleischer's brand of undead flesheater will soon be shambling, running, slipping, and sliding off the big screen in the third dimension, baby!
For most folks' money, Ruben Fleischer's Zombieland was one of the best times genre fans could have in a theatre all year. The flick was indeed successful at the box office, and you know what that means ... a sequel is waiting in the wings.
After a couple of weeks of some less than mainstream Motion Picture Purgatory installments, Trembles returns to the present day with his spin on Ruben Fleischer's Zombieland.
Not that there was much doubt due to the mass appeal of Woody Harrelson and comedies in general (even those of the splatterific variety), but we're happy to report that Zombieland (review here) grossed an estimated $25 million this weekend, landing it in the No. 1 spot for box office receipts.

The final theatrical trailer for Ruben Fleischer's upcoming zomcom Zombieland (review here) has just appeared online. In a nutshell, it's pretty much the red band trailer minus some of the goodies, but it's still fun. Love the digitally added bikini top on that one running dead chick!
Now this is how we like kicking off the week! Two reviews to get fans of the living dead (both running and shambling) all feverish with anticipation. Things are looking sweet in the land of the dead, folks! Get ready for lots of carnage!

To survive in a world in which the dead want nothing more than to make you a box lunch, you have got to have rules to adhere to. Three new TV spots have surfaced for the upcoming horror comedy, or zomcom for you trendy folks, Zombieland that serve to teach us a few of them.
We've yet to see something coming out of the Zombieland camp that didn't look absolutely badass, and the goodies continue today with a still gallery full of zombie mayhem that was shot toward the last days of filming.
And the Zombieland goodies keep right on coming as the new International trailer for the flick has just seen the light of dawn. Oh, happy day!
