Rod Durick

The Buffalo Screams Horror Film Festival will honor artist Tony Mauro for his achievements as a movie poster artist at its second annual festival and has also added special make-up effects artist Rod Durick to its guest lineup. Buffalo Screams runs five days, from Wednesday, October 26th, through Sunday, October 30th, at the Screening Room Cinema Café, located in the Northtown Plaza on Sheridan Drive in Amherst, New York.

If there is any subject closer to a young horror filmmaker's heart than zombies, we don't know what it is. Most every horror director has touched on zombies in some way, and it remains a favorite subject to this day for aspiring filmmakers. Trust us; we see a lot of stuff come in for zombie films.
