What is The Scream Factory?
Every now and then we get these cryptic e-mails from people trying to drum up interest in some indie venture or another, but very rarely do they ever turn out to be anything. This week, though, we got word from a place called The Scream Factory who seem poised to do some pretty cool things in horror comics and film soon and already have some quite interesting names involved.

Kurtzman, Robert (To Live and Die)
Interview by: Johnny Butane
Robert Kurtzman is best known to most horror fans as the “K” from KNB Effects, but as of late he’s becoming better known as a very busy director. He’s got his own effects house, Precinct 13, as well, and has to date directed Wishmaster, The Rage (review) and Buried Alive (on DVD October 23rd). Now he’s moved on to his first straight action movie, To Live and Die for MGM.
I got the chance to chat with Robert at this year’s Fantasia Film Festival in Montreal when The Rage played, so the chance to do a formal interview with the man was something I couldn’t resist.
You know how these things work by now, so get clicking below and keep it here for more info on To Live and Die and Robert’s many other projects!
