In these harsh economic times people are doing whatever they can for extra cash, and AMC's FearFest just made that pretty damn easy by officially opening the doors for all willing filmmakers to submit their one minute or less video on the subject of your greatest fear!

Rob Zombie
Specs and Art for Zombie's 3-Disc Halloween
In August of last year Uncle Creepy and myself sat in an empty theatre with our jaws hung open as we experienced Rob Zombie's Halloween (review). We had just been assaulted by the f-word and Loomis' crazy magical car summoning abilities and hoped to never talk about it again.

Tyrannosaurus Rex & the Magical Bus of Death!
Tyrannosaurus Rex may still be a bit mysterious, but I know one thing for sure ... it's gonna have hockey masks and slaughter via a badass bus! Just check out the enclosed picture from Rob Zombie's MySpace page for proof!

New T-Rex Art!
The official Rob Zombie MySpace page unveiled another piece of artwork for the filmmaker's newest flick Tyrannosaurus Rex. Nat Jones provided the gritty and semi-sexy bit of promo this time, but I'm still confused about what T-Rex is supposed to be about.

SDCC 08: NECA's Superbeasto Figures
Of course, NECA would get the license to make figures based on Rob Zombie’s upcoming animated film The Haunted World of El Superbeasto. They’ve done well with Zombie’s films in the past, so it only makes sense.

First Art for Tyrannosaurus Rex!
We still don’t know what the hell it is, but I will admit that Rob Zombie’s Tyrannosaurus Rex has some very badass teaser art! Zombie updated his MySpace page today with the art you see below, which was done by artist Alex Horley. Though I doubt there'll be any dinosaur-shaped mushroom clouds in the finished film, if it's anywhere near as cool as the teaser art, we're in for a good time.

Varla Returns in El Superbeasto!
In a world full of terror, high gas prices, corrupt political figures and war, what we really need now is some adult animation. Remember the fun times with Ralph Bakshi, when cartoons didn't have to be bright and full of bullshit to sell toys? Rob Zombie does! Yeah!!!

Sheri Moon In, T-Rex Out?
OK, I think we can all safely say that Rob Zombie's upcoming film Tyrannosaurus Rex is not the code name for The Nail movie, but it looks like the title may not be the final one at all.
STYD has heard from those on the inside that Tyrannosaurus Rex may just be a temp title. Alright, whatever ... but what is the damn thing about?

T-Rex Is/Is Not The Nail
Even though I really couldn’t care less about what Rob Zombie does next, aside from The Haunted World of El Superbeasto, it’s our responsibility as a horror site to inform you guys when we hear more about the recently-confirmed Tyrannosaurus Rex project, so we will. It doesn’t mean I have to like it.

After months of seemingly nothing going on, finally we’re getting updates fast and loose from the Haunted World of El Superbeasto people. The animated film from Rob Zombie is due out later this year.

Zombie Confirms Tyrannosaurus Rex
Well, we now officially know the name of the next Rob Zombie movie after The Haunted World of El Superbeasto is done, thanks to a recent posting on his MySpace page. The question is; will it be something horror fans care about?

Myers Escapes
Yahoo! Movies got to host the first of what I’m sure will be a few exclusive clips from next Friday’s release of Halloween, directed by Rob Zombie. And the coolest part is? You get to see Michael Myers kicking Bill Moseley’s ass!
I can’t explain why that’s great, you’ll have to click here to check it out for yourself.
