A little girl hired to deliver food to a mysterious bedridden woman…what could possibly go wrong here? The answer is readily available in Timothy Vandenberg’s 9 minute short film, Agatha, and if child labor laws weren’t tight enough, this quickie is more than plausible evidence to support that defense.

The little ragamuffin (Ogle) is hired by the mother of a woman who is locked away in an attic bedroom, and her job is fairly simple: walk into the room, put the food on the table, and NEVER approach the bed- seems simple enough, doesn’t it…eh, maybe not to the curious soul. We all know what curiosity did to that damned cat, and I’ll reserve myself to spilling any more details about this one, but what I can offer is that it’s short, a bit creepy, and works for those who just want a fast intake of spooky goodness in their treat-bag this October – give it a look if someone happens to drop it in your little plastic pumpkin this Halloween.
