For Special Make-up Effects Designer and Supervisor Paul Jones, Resident Evil movies have become his life. He's been working on the series since 2004's Apocalypse, for which he designed the flick's 'big baddie'- Nemesis.

Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City is back in the news with an action-packed trailer that introduces us to more of the new characters in the game.

When it came time for Paul W.S. Anderson to cast fan favorite character Ada Wong, he went with Li BingBing, a huge star in Chinese cinema but generally an unknown face to American audiences--that is, until Resident Evil: Retribution hits theaters everywhere this September as there's no doubt that BingBing will leave a lasting impression with her performance (and red dress) in the upcoming sequel.

Resident Evil 6 is on its way with a release date set for November 20, 2012 for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. The developers at Capcom have released yet another trailer to get your taste buds tingly straight from the mouths of the creators themselves. You will want to check this out!

For Paul W. S. Anderson's Resident Evil: Retribution, we already know the director is bringing in quite a few familiar faces, including the return of Michelle Rodriguez, Oded Fehr, Boris Kodjoe, Sienna Guillory and franchise star Milla Jovovich to name a few. However, when it's your fifth time at bat, Anderson knows you have to get creative and bring in some fresh blood as well, and for Retribution longtime fans will finally get introduced to Leon Kennedy, who is being played by Johann Urb.

We've seen stills, watched the teaser trailer, and posted a battery of set visit interviews for you guys, and now... well, now we've dug our claws into the first official teaser art for Resident Evil: Retribution! Dig it!

At the end of writer/director/producer Paul W.S. Anderson's 2010 sequel Resident Evil: Afterlife, many fans were surprised to see Boris Kodjoe's character Luther West survive after testifying about "star power, bitches!" to a couple of evolved zombies chasing him out of the prison sewers.

Anderson, who is once again back at the helm for the latest sequel in the hugely popular and fan-driven Resident Evil series.

Resident Evil fans were no doubt surprised and elated to see actress Sienna Guillory pop up during the credits of 2010's Resident Evil: Afterlife as a very blonde and very evil version of her character Jill Valentine after a six-year absence from the franchise.

During our set visit in Toronto for Paul W.S. Anderson's upcoming sequel Resident Evil: Retribution, we had the opportunity to sit down and speak with the always refreshingly candid Michelle Rodriguez who was returning to the Resident Evil franchise for the first time in ten years.

On a blustery December morning late last year, Dread Central headed out to the set of Resident Evil: Retribution, which was being filmed at the Cinespace Studios, along with a group of fellow journalists to see just what director Paul W.S. Anderson had planned for the fifth entry in the widely popular franchise.

The teaser trailer for Resident Evil: Retribution got lots of folks talking. So much so that the official Resident Evil Movie Facebook page put out a challenge: Get the movie trending on Twitter, get another still. Well, guess what happened!

Lately it takes a lot to get us excited about a project, but after watching the announcement trailer for Resident Evil 6, we're giddy like schoolgirls on prom night. Explosions. Creatures. The World in Chaos. And best of all ZOMBIES ARE BACK! If only the movies could be this good!
