I have to be honest; when the Repo! Road Tour was first announced, I had hoped there would be a few more stops on it than this ... but that’s what you get for hoping, I guess.
Despite Repo! The Genetic Opera's sad theatrical fate, Darren Bousman is pushing on, and we encourage you to do the same and show your support.
With Darren Bousman’s Repo! The Genetic Opera staring down the barrel of an (albeit ridiculously limited) November 7th release date, many have been wondering when we’ll actually be seeing (or hearing) the official Repo! soundtrack. Finally we have an answer: September 30th, 2008!
Finally Lionsgate has put together and gotten around to approving an official trailer for Darren Bousman’s Repo! The Genetic Opera! I know you really want to check it out so I won’t bore you with jibba jabba.
The folks behind Fantastic Fest, Austin, Texas’ most badass of badass film festivals, announced their lineup of films for this year’s event, which goes down September 18th-25th. The final group of films (that they can talk about...) will include:

The horror genre has always been maligned by the mainstream. For as long as I can remember, the general public has frowned upon not only horror movies but also games, TV programs, books, you name it. As a result the horror community has remained small and extremely tight-knit.
The Toronto After Dark Film Festival has announced the first batch of new horror, sci-fi, action, and cult feature films that will be shown at the festival this October 17-24.

Just last week we heard that Repo! The Genetic Opera (review) was going to start some kind of continuing webisodes of behind the scenes videos. This week saw the first, and with that the flood gates started to open.
Buzz Net picked up a behind-the-scenes video for Repo! The Genetic Opera (review). The "Mark It Up" song is the subject of this video; the scene/song introduces us to Largo children Pavi (Nivek Ogre) and Luigi (Bill Moseley).
As I'm sure you can tell from the amount of stuff we've been posting lately, we have covered the hell out of Comic-Con 08. The best part? We're still not even close to done.
