In case you missed that the long awaited Curandero: Dawn of the Demon from Robert Rodriguez finally hit DVD earlier this month, Lionsgate has released a red band trailer from the flick to remind you.
From acclaimed filmmaker Robert Rodriguez (Sin City, Machete, Planet Terror) comes Curandero: Dawn of the Demon, a supernatural thriller with an action twist. Written and co-produced by Rodriguez, starring longtime Rodriguez collaborator Carlos Gallardo (El Mariachi, Grindhouse, Desperado), and executive produced by Harvey and Bob Weinstein (Inglourious Basterds, The Lord of the Rings Motion Picture Trilogy), Curandero: Dawn of the Demon debuted on DVD (with Ultraviolet Digital Copy) and Video On Demand on March 12, 2013, from Lionsgate Home Entertainment and Miramax.
Synopsis:
Curandero: Dawn of the Demon is an action-packed horror flick that takes a couple on a horrifying journey through the deepest bowels of the Mexican underworld. When beautiful federal agent Magdalena calls upon the local curandero (Gallardo) for his services to purify a police station, the two of suddenly find themselves immersed in a satanic cult’s bloodthirsty battleground.
