Well this is something new and different -- a project with Timur Bekmambetov attached to it! Actually, Red Asphalt is new and quite different from the myriad of projects the Russian-Kazakh auteur has been linked with lately. Instead of just producing the film, Bekmambetov has been named as its potential director.
