Outlander Scribes Get ZMD Gig

The writers of both Outlander and Underworld: Rise of the Lycans, which both managed to come out on the exact same day, have been announced as nabbing scripting duties for ZMD: Zombies of Mass Destruction, the Red 5 comic created by Underworld trilogy star Kevin Grevioux.

Red 5 Comics’ Afterburn is making its way to the big screen, and this morning THR has learned that Matt Johnson (Torque, Into the Blue) has been tapped to pen the screenplay.

Benderspink Readies Zombies of Mass Destruction

I’ve always said one sure way we could get out of this conflict in the Middle East is if we could somehow send over a squad of zombies to take care of our enemies. The creators of the comic ZMD: Zombies of Mass Destruction agree with me, as do the folks at Benderspink, who’ve just nabbed the movie rights for the Red 5 comic according to Variety.
