The guy's buddies with Eli Roth and has been in several particularly gory creature related affairs thanks to long-time collaborator Robert Rodriguez. It's almost hard to believe he hasn't made one already.

Eli Roth's big budget opus Endangered Species is one flick we've been really looking forward to since it was announced last spring. Now it appears that Roth is closer than ever to getting back behind the camera to film the movie thanks in part to some great script notes made by Quentin Tarantino.
