Breathe easy, horror fans ... we're finally going to get a reboot that we won't mind very much! Robert Rodriguez confirmed today that he will be taking the Predator franchise and giving it a good once-over!

Just the other day we told you about Hot Toys preparing a line of three figures from the original Predator film, two of which would be humans, but not a single image was available... until now! The boys at Action Figure got their hands on the first look at the first figure from the line: Dutch!

A veritable horde of Predators and Aliens has been released onto our unsuspecting planet via Sideshow Toys who import just about every amazing figure Hot Toys makes. Would it baffle you to now realize there has never been an offering from the original Predator movie?

Now this sure would be a strange turn of events. Honestly, if any franchise lived on after the Alien vs. Predator films were done, I would have guessed it’d be Aliens, mainly because it's been around for so long. According to producer John Davis, however, it’s Predator.
