If there’s one thing we love around here, it’s horror memorabilia. From models and figurines to posters and clothing, horror collectibles are always the most badass. It was quite a nice surprise, then, to be contacted by artist Christopher Ott, who gave us the heads-up on his team’s newest endeavour: London 1888.

You'll often hear us complain about the sad state of movie posters nowadays, but come October you'll no doubt hear us singing the praises of Titan Books' The Art of Hammer, the first ever collection of rare and iconic Hammer film posters with nearly 300 examples drawn from Hammer’s own archive and private collections from around the world.

Back in the day we used to utilize All Posters.com as part of the old Evilshop, the one in which I updated every single thing by hand. Now everything’s dynamic and sexy so it’s time we upgrade, too!

It truly is a sad day for movie fans worldwide as master artist and poster creator Drew Struzan has decided to retire from his life of illustration to focus on his family and his own paintings.
