Dana Gould Now Discusses New PLAN 9 FROM OUTER SPACE in Our Exclusive Interview

Who knew the “Father of Alternative Comedy” Dana Gould was such a huge horror fan? The legendary writer of The Simpsons certainly contributed to many episodes of Treehouse of Horror over the years. Now, after penning the inventive season 2 finale of Creepshow and last Halloween’s Toys of Terror, Gould is also writing and researching his next foray into the genre about a real-life séance.

Presented by SF Sketchfest and featured at this weekend’s virtual TCM Film Fest. Gould and a star-studded cast of comedians will perform a live script read this Friday on TCM and HBO Max. Narrated by SNL icon Laraine Newman, the rest of the lineup includes Maria Bamford and Bobcat Goldthwait. Plus Oscar Nuñez, Bob Odenkirk, David Koechner, Janet Varney, Jonah Ray, Paul F. Tompkins, Gary Anthony Williams, Baron Vaughn, Deborah Baker Jr. and Kat Aagesen.
