Lionsgate is looking to continue its love/hate relationship with fans. Despite its better than expected box office draw, there will be no sequel to Patrick Lussier's remake done right, My Bloody Valentine 3D.

When a remake is done right, it's usually pretty damned good. Such is the case with Patrick Lussier's My Bloody Valentine 3D. With the film hitting Blu-ray and DVD on May 19th, 2009, Lionsgate has released the art and other bits of info.

The first early word is in as to when fans can expect to see Patrick Lussier's My Bloody Valentine 3D hitting home, and personally I can't wait to see it again. If only to wash the stagnant taste out of my mouth from the other slasher redux that's now haunting theatres.

Enjoying the 3D resurgence as much as we are? If Patrick Lussier's My Bloody Valentine proved anything, it's that this rediscovered medium is just as fun as it used to be.

Man, I’m glad someone had the forethought to ask Patrick Lussier about the zombie project he’s been circling for a while now, Condition Dead, when chatting up My Bloody Valentine 3D. When this film happens, it’s going to kick horror fans squarely in the nuts and call them Martha, that’s how cool it is.

Our intrepid LA crew were on-hand for the red carpet premiere of My Bloody Valentine 3D and even managed to get some people to talk about the film before being not-so-kindly escorted off the premises. Look, it’s not our fault that “society” says we “have to” wear pants all the time, is it?

I love the horror industry. When a good looking splatter fest is on the horizon, the excitement builds and everyone from the casual fan to the creators of the film seem to celebrate together. When it is all said and done, there are plenty of stories to be told. This one is a quickie, but its hysterical none the less. This week My Bloody Valentine 3D had some sneak preview screenings across the country for blood thirsty creeps. At these screenings, you'll often be approached by PR Reps for the film company asking what you thought of the movie.

The boys and girls over at MTV’s Movie Blog just got their chapped hands on the first clip from My Bloody Valentine 3D, which is in theaters on January 16th (get your tickets now!). The clip is obviously not in 3D, but if you squint really hard and spin around a few times, it may pop out at you or something...

Some crappy news came out today for fans who have been looking forward to seeing Harry Warden reach out of the big screen to tear their hearts out in My Bloody Valentine 3D; apparently most theaters will be carrying the flick in 2D only.
