Mondo, the art division of Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, celebrates the upcoming Oscars with its secnd annual poster series tied to nominated films in select categories, and the one that should be of most interest to horror fans is for ParaNorman.

This Sunday is Oscar day, but for genre fans it's The Saturn Awards that really matter, and we have the full list of this year's nominees. Although we have to say the horror pickings are rather slim indeed!

We were as skeptical as anyone when it came to ParaNorman. Truth be told, cutesy horror isn't exactly high up on our list, but this flick has enough lunacy and horror innuendo in it to satisfy even the most jaded of fans. Now you can win it on Blu-ray from us!

The weekend after Labor Day is traditionally one of the least movie-going weekends of the year, and this year that tradition held true. That’s good news for The Possession as it held the top spot as the most watched movie of the least watched weekend.
