New Pacific Rim 2 Battles its Way In

More casting news is here for Pacific Rim 2 as Deadline is reporting that Ukrainian actress Ivanna Sakhno has signed on to Legendary Pictures’s sequel. She’ll star alongside John Boyega, Scott Eastwood, Jing Tian, Cailee Spaeny and Adria Arjona.
Directed by Steven S. DeKnight, the sequel is based on the world created by Guillermo del Toro and Travis Beacham.
Thomas Tull, Mary Parent, Jon Jashni, and del Toro will produce the action adventure film along with Boyega and Femi Oguns under their Upper Room Productions banner. Cale Boyter will serve as executive producer.
Universal is releasing the film February 23, 2018. This will mark Sakhno first venture in American film.
