Creeping into limited theatres this Friday is Paramount Vantage's Carriers. Overture Films' sci-fi thriller Pandorum hits cinemas wide on September 25th. What do they have in common? Well ... nothing other than they both got new one-sheets today.
The more we see and hear about Pandorum, the more we want this movie like yesterday! The German trailer slipped online today, and to say it's a bit disturbing is an understatement. Then again everything from Germany is a bit disturbing, and we mean that in the best possible of ways!
Ever since their inception it seems like every film needs or wants to have a motion poster. The reason being? They're just too damned cool, and when implemented right, they can be absolutely frightening. If you thought the still posters for Pandorum were freaky, wait until you dig on the mayhem in motion!
Overture Films announced today that upcoming sci-fi spooker Pandorum will be arriving a week later than originally scheduled, thereby giving Jennifer and her body a whole weekend to themselves.
One thing about Overture Films' upcoming space creep-out Pandorum that no one can deny is that it has consistently had the best posters of the year, and this new one? Holy shit!
Whether you like it or not, Matt Reeve's retelling of Let the Right One In is on track and coming at us courtesy of Overture Films. /Film got their hands on the sheets and some refresher info to bring you up-to-speed! From the site:

Yes, we're all still a little upset that Pandorum got slightly delayed, but that doesn't mean we won't take what we can get in the interim -- namely, some pretty cool concept art!
The latest sci-fi/horror hybrid Pandorum hit a bit of a snag in terms of its release date today, but thankfully we only have to wait a couple of extra weeks for our long-needed slice of interstellar spookiness.
The third in a series of really disturbing posters for Pandorum popped up online today courtesy of IMP Awards, this time depicting Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler engaging in one of his trademark rock star screams.
The second trailer for the insane looking sci-fi/horror hybrid Pandorum hit online today, and just like the twisted posters it's totally worth your time to look!
Sci-fi thriller Pandorum got itself a brand new one-sheet, continuing its trend of using limbs and wires in the most disturbing ways possible.
Well, this might end up being a bit embarrassing for Production Weekly. Last week, they reported that the US remake for Let the Right One In was getting a title overhaul and being called Let Me In and that shooting was set to start in Canada this May. I guess they may have spoken too soon.
It still freaks me out that the same Paul W.S. Anderson directed Event Horizon as well as churning out the crap that has been his last several films. Thankfully, he has nothing to do with this, but can ya blame me for randomly smacking him around? Ahem ... Anyway, we have a look at the poster for the latest sci-fi/horror mash-up Pandorum for ya!
Overture Films has joined up with Bloody-Disgusting to give one lucky horror fan a chance to be a part of the upcoming remake of George A. Romero’s The Crazies, which is scheduled to begin shooting in Georgia in the coming months. The winner will be chosen by random drawing and will be afforded a trip to the set on April 3rd as well as an opportunity to be an extra in the film!
