Those of you who saw Tony Krantz’s first Raw Feed title, Sublime, may want to put that right out of your head before you sit down with “>Otis (review), due out on DVD from Warner Bros. on June 10th (pre-order).
In order to get the why’s and how’s of what makes Otis so different, I decided the best course of action would be to chat up its director, Tony Krantz (Mulholland Drive, “24”), who really should know better than anyone else!
