Dr. West Vs. Cassie Hack!

It’s not the good news we’ve been waiting for, that Jeffrey Combs will be putting on his labcoat again and jumping back into the role of Dr. Herbert West, but it’s still pretty damn cool nonetheless.

Devil's Due sent us word today that Dr. West will make an appearance in Hack/Slash #15, sticking around long enough for a three-issue arc called “Cassie & Vlad Meet the Re-Animator”. Nothing subtle about that title, eh? They also managed to get the first look at the cover drawn by Joe Jusko that just kicks all sorts of ass. Click on the teaser to see what I mean.

Can’t wait to see how Cassie Hack, serial killer extraordinaire, deals with Dr. West, and one has to wonder if his time with Ash from the Army of Darkness/Re-Animator crossover will come into play as well. We’ll throw you more when we know it!
