DVD Active got the first official specs and final cover art for the DVD, which hits shelves on April 22nd, 2008. When it does, here’s what you’ll find on it;
No word on when it will be hitting BluRay, but rumor has that it may be a while since Paramount wanted this to hit DVD as early as possible. When we know, you'll know!

It will never be as good as POV porn!
At first I considered buying this on Blu-Ray, but then I figured if the point of HD DVD or Blu-Ray is to get the best quality possible, why buy it for a movie that is shakey and has the shot on video camera look.
Kinda defeats the purpose. That's why I didn't get Planet Terror or Death Proof in HD/Blu-Ray because of all the gimmicky age marks, scratches, glitches, etc.
I'll be sticking to standard DVD if I buy this, unless I get the eventual Blu-Ray as a gift.

WOW! For once they're actually using the exact same artwork on the theatrical posters and the DVD!
