Wanna see what the Cloverfield monster did before it hit the shores of NYC? Sure you do! This kinda makes makes me wonder if this was reported to the U.S. at all and if so, if it was seen by the partygoers who are getting down when the Big Apple is attacked; you’d think it’d be cause for some concern, no?
The report is in Italian, but basically just says that an oil rig was attacked in the Atlantic Ocean and that survivors were being taken out. An eco-terrorist cell is thought responsible, but we all know the truth don’t we? Cloverfield opens on January 18th, 2008!
Wonder what else it destroyed in international waters in the Dread Central forums!

At the end of the footage, you can see something swimming away from the oil rig - it's on our right side, if we're looking at the rig.
